Duba Plains Camp

Situated in the heart of Botswana's northern Okavango Delta, Duba Plains Camp offers a truly authentic safari experience. This exclusive reserve spans over 33,000 hectares and is made up of a diverse landscape consisting of palm-studded islands, floodplains, and woodlands. It was carefully selected as the home base for renowned National Geographic filmmakers, conservationists, and explorers Dereck and Beverly Joubert.

The camp itself features five custom-designed suites that seamlessly blend into the surrounding environment while paying homage to the classic African safari style of the 1920s. Each suite is elevated on recycled railway sleeper decking, providing guests with panoramic views of the breathtaking floodplain and the constant parade of wildlife. Inside, guests will find a comfortable lounge area and luxurious en-suite facilities, including a flush toilet, double vanities, both indoor and outdoor showers, and a decadent bathtub. Ceiling fans and an eco-friendly air-conditioning system above the bed ensure a pleasant climate throughout the day. For ultimate relaxation, each suite also boasts a private verandah with a refreshing plunge pool and a shaded sala.
